To apply for a Health Card, you can either go to your primary health care center or the Health Card Office at the Rumeila Hospital Compound. They will provide you with appropriate forms for you to complete and return together with two passport size photographs, a photocopy of your ID card and a fee of QR100. The General Postal Corporation (Q-Post) in co-operation with the Ministry of Public Health service provides a fast and efficient 48 process for Public Health Card Applying at no extra charge. The service is available at counter position 16 in General Postal Corporation main building at West Bay in Doha. "Hamad Hospital Evening Clinic" has a fee of QR 190 for consultations. This service is fast.

	Answer: There are no "restrictions". We are allowed to go where everybody else is allowed to go. Both men and women can drive cars as long as they have a valid license.
